Responsibilities
1.Customer Service
o Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices.
o Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service.
o Respond to customer requests, such as refilling drinks or providing utensils.
o Handle customer feedback and report any issues to the supervisor.
2.Poke Bowl Preparation
o Quickly and accurately prepare Poke Bowls based on customer selections.
o Ensure ingredients are fresh and well-presented.
o Maintain cleanliness and restock ingredients as needed.
o Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service.
3.Restaurant Operations
o Refill food in the self-service area to keep ingredients available.
o Keep the dining area clean and maintain hygiene standards.
o Assist in basic food prep as needed.
o Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
4.Cashier & Transactions
o Process orders and payments using the POS system.
o Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/card transactions.
o Provide quick and smooth checkout experiences.
5.Teamwork
o Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
o Participate in training to improve skills and service quality.
o Stay calm and efficient during busy periods.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in food service or food preparation is a plus; training provided.
Skills:
o Strong communication and customer service skills.
o Ability to handle POS transactions.
o Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
o Ability to quickly prepare and assemble Poke Bowls.
Attitude:
o Responsible, detail-oriented, and patient.
oTeam player with a positive attitude.
o Neat and presentable appearance.
Others:
o Available for shifts on weekends and holidays.
o Physically fit to stand for long hours.
