Patria is looking for a vehicle electrical and software Systems Specialist to join their training and information transfer project in Japan. The project would start with a training at Patria premises in Hämeenlinna and following a secondment in Japan.

The position is full-time and permanent.
Responsibilities in this role are:
In this role you will participate to the ramp-up of Japan Steel Work’s production process. You will enable and coordinate the Patria experts and installers work. You will represent Patria in the technical team meetings and be the liaison between Patria technical team and JSW team. In addition, you are the liaison person to various stakeholders outside of Japan.
Your work on-site includes supervising work, solving problems, training and coaching production staff. You will be giving support and guidance on how to use data and documentation and how to the users get the best use out of it.
The following tools and skills are needed in the work:
– NX/TC
– V10
– Vehicle-related diagnostics and testing software
– Office 365 office software.
– experience in using ERP, PDM and 3D design systems is an advantage
As a person you are/hold:
– systematic and have good organizational skills.
– enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and you are a team player.
– open and flexible to learn new ways of working and open to new cultures.
– hold a degree/skills suitable for the position (technical education, vehicle electrical engineering or machine automation)
– Fluent written and oral expression skills in English and in Finnish
– Japanese language proficiency preferred or interest in the language/culture.
– Ability to work under pressure and a get things done attitude.
– Willingness to travel
– Nationality Finnish
