Early education teacher / varhaiskasvatuksen opettaja
Helsinki English Montessori preschool, located in the heart of Kamppi, is looking for a early education teacher to join our Montessori group for 3-6 year-old children starting July 31,20235.
If you are social team worker and have a positive work attitude join our happy and knowledgeable team. You don’t have to have any experience or training on Montessori pedagogy, we are ready to teach you. You should have a early education diploma recognised in Finland and able to speak good English and finnish.
Helsinki English Montessori has been established in 1993. Our early childhood education is based on Montessori methods and learning in English. Helsinki English Montessori offers daycare to 2-6 -year-old children. Alongside the daycare, we have a small preschool class for 6-year-olds and a small group for children under 3-years-old. Alltogether we have spots for 46 children.
We are looking for
a qualified early education teacher (lähihoitaja, lastenhoitaja, lastenohjaaja) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Finnish Board of Education
good English skills
experience/intrest in teaching in Montessori environment
The applicant should present a valid criminal record form (Tehtävään valitun tulee esittää nähtäväksi rikosrekisterilain 6 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitettu rikosrekisteriote).
We follow the collective agreement for private social services companies (noudatamme Yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan työehtosopimusta.
