We are looking for a Key Account Manager to our Helsinki or Turku office.
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager? Join our team!
The ideal candidate will become part of the team responsible for managing and growing Crosskeys key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
– Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
– Monitor and analyze account performance and provide regular reports.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
– Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).
– Education level: Higher education/university level
– Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role (minimum of 3 years)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
