We are looking for a Software/User Interface Developer for iLCAP tooling and Time Series Data Management.

Your Responsibilities:
Containers: Our software is highly portable, supporting both Windows and Linux, and delivered also as Linux-based containers. Large-scale systems: Storing hundreds of millions of signals into a logical time series database is a challenge, especially when costs need to be kept in mind. Enterprise-level time series databases run either in the cloud or on-premises, depending on customer needs.
Analytics tools: Its not only about time series data and trend functionality but the value you can create with the data. By using analytics tools, you can raise the level of information usability to make concrete actions and decisions, enabling our customers to achieve higher productivity.
Information modelling: Describing the semantics of the time series data is essential when improving its usability and enabling model-based analytics and applications.
Industry standard APIs: Robust systems integration with minimum engineering work is highly valued by industrial customers. Visualization tools: UI tools are used to create good usability and responsive user experiences, from control room operators to top management mobile apps.
Mission-critical systems: All industrial applications are important, but many of them are expected to operate without disturbances continuously.
Your Background:
Excellent understanding and skills TypeScript/JavaScript and strong expertise in user interfaces.
Experience in designing and implementing software systems with long life cycles, combined with continuous maintenance and upgrading with new features.
Academic studies in the area of Computer Science or similar are a bonus.
Deep interest in software development.
An open mind and the ability to create new solutions.
Location: Helsinki (Full remote possibility but has to be located in Finland, occasional travel to Helsinki office)
Allocation: 100%
Assignment start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (Strong possibility for extension)
Language: Fluent in Finnish and in English
