What will you be doing?
As TMW Raahes Sales Director, you will lead the companys sales efforts while overseeing the sales team and marketing initiatives. You will manage and mentor a team of two professionals (a Sales Manager and a Sales and Logistics Coordinator) as well as actively engage in sales yourself, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers in Europe. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. In addition to sales and team leadership you will also manage marketing materials in collaboration with an external agency.

With a results-driven mindset, you excel in negotiation and leadership, ensuring both personal and team success.
We require you to have:
-Extensive background in sales, preferably in the wood industry
-Strong command of CRM systems (experience with any CRM is sufficient but TMW Raahe is using Odoo)
-A full working proficiency in English
-Willingness to travel internationally

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position, in which you will be employed directly to TMW Raahe. TMW Raahes factory is located in Raahe, but this position offers the flexibility of fully remote work. The role however involves regular traveling within Europe (approximately 12 weeks per month). The preferred start date is in AprilMay 2025. The base salary in this position is approximately 5000-6500€/month (gross) depending on the level of your experience. In addition to the base salary, you will receive performance-based commissions, which will be negotiated separately.
