West Diesel is seeking an employee for the spare parts and logistics department in Forssa
We are busy and looking for a team member for our spare parts department who can take responsibility for sales, purchasing, warehousing, and shipping. The position is based in Forssa, Finland, and requires a person with experience or interest in diesel engines, as well as the ability to work with various ERP systems. The job involves both office work and physical activity, and you will work closely with our team and customers.
Responsibilities:
Purchasing spare parts from our partners and suppliers
Receiving, registering, and managing inventory of spare parts
Picking, packing, and shipping spare parts
Providing quotes to existing and potential new customers
Order processing, customer contact, and invoicing
Close collaboration with the service department and other teams
Tasks such as tidying up, counting, and packing/loading goods
Qualifications:
Experience or interest in diesel engines
Experience with ERP systems is required
Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Energetic, responsible, service-minded, and a good team player
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure
Driver’s license (B) and preferably a forklift certification
Technical industry knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
