About the role
In this role, you will be part of the Sustainability team, supporting the monthly reporting of sustainability metrics. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of data and figures received from factories. You will validate and assess data through the sustainability reporting system, based on which you will create clear Power BI reports to be shared with relevant parties. In addition to monthly reporting, you will also handle ad-hoc queries and analyze the development of key metrics.
We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, prior experience with Power BI, and a strong eagerness to learn and develop further. Familiarity with the Sphera tool is a significant advantage for this role. Whether you are at the early stages of your career or an experienced professional, we can tailor the responsibilities to match your background and expertise. We also expect you to be a proactive and positive team player, comfortable working under pressure and confident in bringing forward your own ideas.

We are looking for
Suitable education (e.g., finance.)
A strong analytical mindset
Experience in sustainability reporting or finance/controlling
Proficiency in PowerBI
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Finnish is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work with stakeholders across the global Huhtamaki organization
Previous experience with Sphera is a significant advantage in this role, allowing you to quickly adapt and contribute effectively. You can highlight your experience with Sphera or similar platforms in your application.
