We are now looking for Summer trainee, Supply Specialist in UPM Specialty Papers Supply chain in Tervasaari.

Our summer trainees will grow into supply chain professionals during the summer in our positive and encouraging work environment. You will learn and develop your skills in a fast-changing but exciting environment with a focus on supply work. Join our diverse team and contribute to the seamless operations of our supply chain.
What you will do
In this position you will communicate with production planners, customer service, factories and ports relating to orders and deliveries. You will be responsible of confirming and following the orders and reporting possible deviations. Your tasks will include arranging transportations and follow-ups together with delivery and shipping stakeholders. In addition, you are welcome to learn and contribute to our supply chain digi and data initiatives.
Who you are
We are primary looking for commercial or technical students or graduates
You have service-minded, systematic and precise working style
Previous experience in office work is considered as an asset
You manage both Finnish and English language
Positive mindset, team skills and capability of taking responsibility are also strengths we would appreciate
