What you will do

Final job description and tasks will be adjusted according your profile and team current focus areas. You will, for example:

-Help team on transforming towards DevOps best practices
-Participate in team’s Azure cloud projects
-Help team to adapt MS Azure DevOps Platform and fine tune team’s DevOps processes
-Participate in service documentation
-Work with team on daily operational support tasks especially during summer vacation period
-Work in close co-operation with UPM Business development teams

Who you are

We are looking for technical students who have already advanced a bit in their studies. We appreciate a positive and energetic attitude, as well as taking initiative and responsibility.

You have gained knowledge on some of the following topics through your studies or past experience. Personal project portfolio is seen as beneficial.

-IT Service Management
-DevOps
-SPLUNK insight platform
-Agile or scrum methodologies
-Microsoft Azure DevOps
-Documentation Techniques and processes
-Working with git and git repositories
-Software development and design with MS .NET, Angular TypeScript, JavaScript, OpenLayers
-In our work environment you will need excellent English skills (both written and spoken) and fluency in Finnish language. Other language skills are considered as an asset.
