SUMMER TRAINEE, INVOICING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES
We are now seeking two new Summer Trainees to join our global Finance department in the Centralized Order to Cash team at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki from mid-April until the end of August.
Your key contribution areas
In the Order to Cash team, you will gain valuable firsthand experience in many different processes and tasks around invoicing, accounts receivables, accounting, and other tasks in finance. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Recording, monitoring, and reporting financial transactions
– Reconciling accounts to ensure they are accurate and complete
– Preparing accounting and financial reports and statements
– Providing support and technical advice for internal stakeholders
What helps you to shine in this role?
To succeed in this role, we expect you to be a proactive learner with a keen interest towards continuous learning and financial administration. To thrive in this role, you should have:
– On-going studies or a recent degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
– Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with Finnish skills seen as a benefit
– Good communication and collaboration skills
– Good analytical skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

You will be part of our global finance department’s Order to Cash team, which focuses on invoicing and accounts receivables. This team has altogether nearly 20 energetic finance professionals who are all looking forward to meeting you!
