We are now looking for a Specialist, Logistics to join our UPM Biofuels SBU team in Helsinki. This is a fixed term position until 30.9.2025. You will be part of the Supply Demand team and report to Maarit Mäkinen, Manager, Supply Chain Operations.

What you will do
Perform daily Biofuels Supply Chain operations
Co-operate with UPM Biofuels Feedstock, Sales and Supply Chain planning team
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and monitor stock levels
Who you are
We are looking for a proactive person, who is not scared of quick tempo executing daily logistics operations efficiently in our Supply Chain Operations team.
We value experience in
Logistics of liquid shipments
Deliveries of dangerous goods and chemicals by truck and stock monitoring
Overall understanding of oil and/or biofuels industry
Accountability and ability to deliver in a hectic operative environment
You have
More than 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Trading operations/Chartering/Coordinating Logistics
Good user skills of IT systems
Advanced oral and written skills in Finnish and English
Personality of energetic team-player with good communication skills
Accurate and precise approach to daily tasks
