At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be at a service station and a retail store, with shifts primarily starting at 6:00 AM on weekday mornings. In this role, you will work at our customers site, ensuring cleanliness and taking care of other customer service tasks related to maintenance services.
We offer a permanent, full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. The job will begin as soon as we find the right candidate. The salary is determined by the collective labor agreement for the facility services sector and depends on your duties. The starting salary during the training period is 10.75€/hour, increasing to 11.94€/hour afterward.
To succeed in this role, you need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to be a reliable and meticulous team player. A customer-oriented approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are essential. Previous experience and/or training in cleaning services is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Fluency in Finnish is not required if you have a good command of English. In that case, basic Finnish skills will suffice. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit when applying for this position.
