Our team is expanding, and we are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to our Sales Operations team. Do you have passion working with Sales? We are now opening a position for a Senior Sales Coordinator in our Sales Operations team. You would get to design and implement an effective Global Sales Coordination framework together with our Sales Operations Manager to ensure a smooth workflow and brilliant customer service. Your tasks will also include handling equipment accessories and spare part sales based on incoming requests, processing and coordinating sales orders and communicating with different stakeholders. You will benefit of having already experience in working in technological industry and having a genuine interest towards technology and physics.

To succeed in this role, you have a degree in economics or business or relevant field and have several years of experience in supporting sales in an international environment. We are looking for a person who has an eye for detail, have excellent communication skills and have experience in designing supportive Sales processes. Since you will be handling multiple tasks simultaneously, you have great time management and prioritizing skills, and you are able to work efficiently under pressure. You are a positive team player, with great problem-solving skills, adaptability to fast changing environment and innovative mindset.

Main responsibilities
– Designing and implementing supportive framework for Global Sales Coordination
– Managing the inbound Sales Leads administration
– Coordinating sales opportunities for auxiliary sales of Spare Parts and other additional items
– Manging opportunities and sales orders for the additional sales
– Communicating with Customers and other stakeholders
– Assisting with public tender process submissions according to set timelines/deadlines

What we expect from you
– Degree in economics/business, or relevant field
– 2-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support or similar roles in an international environment, preferably in technological industry
– Experience in process development
– Sales it-tools knowledge
– Time management and prioritizing skills
– Strong interpersonal skills and customer service attitude
– Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

– Adaptability and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems, preferably Salesforce
– Other language skills
– Passion towards technology
