We are looking for

Senior IT Support Specialist

at Olvi Group to ensure a reliable and high-quality IT support service for business. Senior IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting company end-users, troubleshooting end-users issues with computers, software, printers, scanners, mobile devices and other associated peripherals. Senior IT Support Specialist will be playing a major role for supporting company end-users, by overseeing support service quality within 1st level support Team, by identifying a gaps for IT support service improvement by reporting to IT Support Lead in Olvi Group.

Your key responsibilities will be:
– Effectively address end-user issues through technical analysis
– Provide day to day end-user support, solve problems with various IT systems;
– Categorize and prioritize IT support tickets and adhere SLA;
– Analyze and collaborate to resolve end-user issues while documenting and following up on issues;
– Interact and communicate at all levels within the company by providing prompt and accurate feedback to end-users about ticket status;
– Perform training for end-users;
– Coordinate with external support vendors;
– Identify and escalate issues as needed in collaboration with IT Teams;
– Document IT support knowledge base.

The essential requirements of the job include:
– Master’s / bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar;
– 3+ years of work experience in technical support, IT support specialist and solid information technology experience performing end-user support;
– Excellent teamwork, customer service and communication abilities;
– Solid ability to work on assignments according to set priorities and deadlines;
– ITIL framework and ITSM processes knowledge;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English.

We also considered as advantage if you have Jira or ERP system knowledge. Strong computer skills are needed to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues. The ability to focus and follow through to resolution of issues is crucial, alongside strong problem-solving skills.

We offer you an interesting position in a growing and developing Olvi Group. The position is permanent and full-time. This role requires on-site work at our office in Helsinki, though remote work can occasionally be arranged. Depending on your experience the salary range for the position is 3200-3500 + performance-based pay and you will also have the company’s comprehensive employee benefits.
