We are looking for a driven and experienced

Sales Manager Technical B2B Sales (Electronics)

to Mirion Technologies (Selmic) Oy.

In this position, you will take a key role in global customer acquisition and key account management.

As a Sales Manager you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify customer needs and provide tailored, cost-effective solutions to meet them.

Your main responsibilities will include:

– Building and actively managing B2Bcustomer relationships
– Identifying customer needs andtailoring solutions accordingly
– Prospecting and contacting newpotential B2B customers
– Performing sales margin calculationsand preparing customer quotations
– Leading sales negotiations and closingdeals
– Conducting sales reporting andperformance analysis
You will collaborate closely with our R&D, production and procurement teams and report directly to the Managing Director.

What we expect from you:

– Proven track record in technical B2Bsales, preferably in the electronics sector
– Relevant technical or commercialeducation to support your role and growth
– Goal-oriented, self-driven, andproductive work approach
– Strong understanding of both customerand company perspectives in sales projects
– Systematic and solution-focusedmindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent communication skills inEnglish (spoken and written), good Finnish and/or Estonian is considered anadvantage
