CBB International Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our internationalization consulting services. As a Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in connecting with companies seeking expert guidance to navigate the complexities of global expansion.
Role:
As a Sales Manager for Consulting Services, you will be responsible for generating new business for CBB International Group’s internationalization consulting services. You will identify and engage with companies across various sectors Industrial, Energy, Food & Beverage, Alcohol products, Tobacco products, other regulated products, Electronics, Cosmetics, and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) seeking expert guidance to expand their operations into international markets.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and prospect companies that require internationalization consulting services to facilitate their entry into new global markets.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of CBB’s consulting service offerings, including market research, market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, supply chain optimization, and cross-cultural business development.
Effectively present CBB’s consulting services and their value proposition to potential clients through presentations, proposals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ specific internationalization goals, challenges, and requirements.
Develop and tailor compelling consulting proposals that clearly articulate CBB’s solutions and address client needs effectively.
Negotiate and finalize consulting service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate closely with CBB’s team of internationalization consultants to ensure seamless project handover and successful client outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development within our CRM system.
Stay informed about global market trends, international business strategies, and the competitive landscape within the consulting services sector.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting services, with a demonstrable track record of success in generating new business. A focus on international business consulting is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of international business strategies, market entry approaches, global expansion methodologies, and the challenges companies face when entering new markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Ability to understand complex business challenges, analyze client needs, and propose effective and tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages relevant to global business is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Existing network within companies engaged in or considering international expansion is a plus.
