As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of [Framery’s Smart Office Solutions](https://framery.com/en/smart-office-solutions/). You’ll engage with existing and new customers, ensuring they understand the value of our digital services such as Framery Connect™ and Framery Room Display™. Your role involves end-to-end sales: prospecting leads, booking meetings, presenting solutions, and closing deals. We welcome your fresh ideas and contributions to building and developing a new sales process on this startup-like initiative within Framery.

We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ambition to reach sales targets. As a natural communicator, you can talk about technical aspects and solutions in a way that resonates with customers and inspires them to take action. You are not new to the sales work – we hope you have gained solid experience in similar sales responsibilities, preferably in the B2B context, but what matters the most is your motivation, attitude and drive to achieve results.

What we are looking for:

– Prior sales background with experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.

– Proficient Finnish and English communication skills

– A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage the full sales cycle.

– Technical aptitude to quickly learn Framery’s products and sales systems.

– Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits.

– An entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to shape a new role.

We also value:

– Experience working in B2B end-to-end sales, providing you with an understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

– Experience in a role requiring a high volume of customer interactions and a strong focus on weekly sales performance.

– Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based sales models.

– Understanding of workplace technology or Smart Office Solutions.

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position. The start time in the role is as soon as possible. The position is located in Tampere and we work with a hybrid model – therefore a readiness to visit The Factory (Framery HQ) to work with the team and meet colleagues is preferred but you can also work remotely. The role requires a readiness to travel to meet customers, occasionally abroad.
