Responsibilities:

– Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing the sales, including negotiations on terms and prices

– Create and expand the customer base

– Create a sales kit

– Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

– Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

– Analyze competitors and market intelligence activities

– Participate in exhibitions and other events for sales purposes with an ability to travel as needed

– Be a collaborative leader among your peers

Skills:

– A bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration

– Minimum 3 years experience as a sales lead

– Strong communication skills written and verbal

– Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

– Fluency in English and Finnish, additional languages appreciated

– Ability to work independently

Desired:

– Understanding of software development process and Agile methodology

– Experience in building sales processes from scratch

– Experience in using CRM tools
