About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for handling spare parts inquiries from customers, preparing quotations, confirming orders, and make sure deliveries go out on time. In this role, the sales processes primarily take place through the Salesforce and SAP systems, but you will also communicate with customers over the phone and occasionally face-to-face. If you’re someone who enjoys stepping out of the office, you’ll also have the chance to visit customers both in Finland and abroad to get to know their needs firsthand.

Work tasks:
– Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations and confirm orders
– Ensure timely deliveries and make sure that shipments are dispatched as promised.
– Communicate with clients and partners to maintain strong relationship
We are looking for:
– Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
– Strong communication skills, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
– Good English and Finnish language skills
– Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Aton is helpful but not required
