We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly restaurant worker to join our team at restaurant Aangan in Vantaa.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and a genuine passion for Nepalese food. Knowledge of Nepalese ingredients and traditional dishes is essential to effectively communicate with and serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service with a positive and approachable attitude.
– Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed.
– Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
– Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers regarding our Nepalese menu and ingredients.
– Handle payments and maintain accurate records of orders and transactions.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
– Knowledge of Nepalese cuisine, including popular dishes and ingredients.
– Strong communication skills in Finnish and/or English. Additional language skills are a plus.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
