About the role
Since the work is conducted in projects, with every case being unique, your role will be very varying. Your responsibilities will include all activities related to substation primary (high-voltage systems) design, from base design to final delivery. You will prepare and review substation documentation, cable routing plans, and grounding designs, ensuring compliance with regulations. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of substations and high-voltage systems, as well as strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
You may be an experienced professional or at the early stages of your career, as the role will be shaped based on your background and interests.

Work tasks
Prepare and review, or oversee, substation documents such as substation layout and section drawings, cable routing, grounding (earthing) plans, and installation drawings.
Ensure that designs are implemented in accordance with given specifications and regulations.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution in an international project environment.
We are looking for
A relevant educational background, such as a degree in electrical engineering
Experience with substations and high-voltage systems
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish is considered an advantage
Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., Revit) is considered an advantage
