We are looking for a Pega Developer to join our Marketing & CX Development team.
In this pivotal role, you will become a core member of our B2C marketing automation team, bringing your expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to shape the future of our consumer marketing and IT landscape. By collaborating closely with a dynamic development team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will directly impact our customer experience, driving innovation and excellence. You will play a key role in enabling successful decision-making and marketing strategies across various products and services.
Your work will have a meaningful influence, as you partner with multiple consumer business units to design, execute, and optimize personalized, data-driven customer engagement initiatives.
This position is located in Helsinki, Pasila. At this team we are following Elisa’s hybrid working policies.
What do we expect from you?
– Pega CDH / Pega marketing hands on experience of over 5 years
– Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC)
– Understanding of data flows and data management in Pega
– Great SQL and database knowledge
– Pega Upgrades and Patches: Experience in planning and executing Pega platform upgrades and applying patches.
– Troubleshooting Expertise: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues in Pega applications and infrastructure.
– Experience in optimizing application performance and scalability, with hands-on expertise in Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC)
– Fluent in English (proficiency in Finnish is a plus, but not required)
