As our Purchaser your main goal is to ensure continuity of supply and smooth supply chain operations. You will:
– Be responsible of our daily purchasing operations: Placing orders, communicating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, checking invoices, complaints etc.
– Analyze demand and provide our suppliers with forecasts.
– Manage inventory levels within your own area.
– Support the organization in purchasing matters.
We value a technical or economical bachelors degree. Experience of similar tasks is an advantage but not necessary, as training will be provided onsite. Language requirements: English and either Finnish or Swedish.
The job location is at Herrmans headquarters in Sandsund. This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave up to 9 months, from 18.3.2024 until 31.12.2024.
