OURA is now looking for a
OFFICE ASSISTANT
to join their team in Oulu. The job is full time and estimated duration is until the end of 09/2025.
The work of an office assistant consists of recurring activities, as well as ad-hoc tasks of various nature. As an assistant, you will provide a helping hand to our whole personnel, which makes the job description broad, and work varied.
We are looking for a person who can ensure a smooth running of the office with a smile on your face. You’ll need to have good organizing skills, customer service attitude and ability to handle fast changing situations. We hope you work independently and also take initiative to suggest, develop and enhance your work. As you are working closely with the entire organization, we hope you feel at home interacting with people and creating a positive atmosphere wherever you go.
Main tasks include, but is not limited to
Administrative tasks
Supporting HR team
Assisting in planning and executing different visits and company events
Internal communication of office related, and general daily issues as needed
Ordering office equipment and coffee/ snack supply
Assuring overall functionality and tidiness of the office
Organizing and distributing incoming mail and outgoing mail/ deliveries with couriers
Substituting Office Manager when needed
We expect
– You to have fluent skills in English and Finnish (both oral and written), as you will be working in a
multicultural working environment
– Bachelor’s degree / Vocational Qualification in
– Business and Administration or relevant work experience (could be a new graduate)
– You are energetic and positive with a can-do attitude, you play a big role in creating a good atmosphere
in the office
– You have an eye for detail, you are in the key role of making sure the office is appealing for us all
– You have customer service-oriented mind set
