We’d love to work with you if:
You hold a recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (Varhaiskasvatuksen opettaja)
Your degree is from outside Finland, it’s approved by the Finnish National Agency for Education (Opetushallitus)
You have applied for, your Opetushallitus certificate
You’re familiar with the Finnish Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) curriculum
You bring warmth, curiosity, and a genuine love for working with young children
You have a valid criminal record extract, as required to work with children in Finland
