Manager for K GROUP, K IT
K Group is looking for Manager to work in K IT End User Service Team. At K Group, you get to be a part of the versatile and constantly changing world of trade and IT. The employment is permanent.
You will focus on Microsoft Power Platform and D365 (Owner of specific Grocery Trade Business Applications).
Other focus area is to coordinate day-to-day activities in a large and very modern office environment. These activities consist mostly of service design with good communication. You also make sure that your areas costs and vendor management for consulting works are in agreed levels. You will also participate or lead development projects when needed.

Are an experienced on Microsoft Ecosystem and you have deep understanding about Power Platform and D365. You understand the importance of business-oriented end-to-end processes. You actively work towards common goals, and you are not afraid to bring out new perspectives. You are proactive in your communication style and get excited about creating something new and implementing change.
We appreciate good understanding of
– Power Platform services: Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Agents – D365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights modules (F&O a plus) – Service Management skills – Power Platform administration, governance, PP CoE Starter Kit – Understanding of Power Platform and Dynamics License management
We also appreciate good knowledge of release management and development tools (e.g. Power Platform pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence etc.), Azure (e.g. Azure Blob Storage), Entra ID and M365 services.
You already have solid experience in IT work in similar roles. For example, +5 years as technical specialist/lead/owner, consultant etc. It does not really matter whether you have worked in large corporations or in small to midsize companies. We see diversity as a positive thing in this team.
We appreciate technical certifications, especially those related to the Microsoft ecosystem. You are fluent in both Finnish and English. We highly appreciate your positive mind-set, can do attitude, able to describe service development in roadmap views, good communication and team working skills. You have the capability to take care of details and to see the big picture to ensure excellent services to our business customers.
