Haemme kokkeja Scandic Rovaniemi City sekä Scandic Pohjanhovi ja Scandic Polar hotelleihin talvikaudelle 2025-2026.
Rovaniemen hotelleissamme tarjoamme vieraillemme mahdollisuuden nauttia aamiaisesta, lounaasta, kokouksista ja tapahtumista sekä a la carte elämyksistä.
Haemme joukkoomme kokkeja eri tehtäviin aamiaisesta iltaravintolaan. Aikaisempi kokemus C&B toiminnoista nähdään etuna.
Sopimukset ovat lähtökohtaisesti 90h/3vko ja voimassa määräajan loka-marraskuusta 2025 aina maaliskuuhun 2026 asti.

Sinun työtehtäväsi kokkina:
Keittiötiimiläisemme loihtivat päivittäin herkullisia ruoka-annoksia nautittavaksi ystävien ja tuttavien kesken. Toivomme, että arvostat meidän laillamme kestävän kehityksen periaatteiden mukaan valmistettavaa ruokaa, tuoreita raaka-aineita, yksilöllistä palvelua ja haluat kehittää ruokakonseptiamme edelleen. Sinun työtehtäviisi kokkina kuuluu ammattitaitoinen keittiötyöskentely, Scandicin ruokakonseptien noudattaminen ja turvallisuuteen ja terveyteen liittyvien asetusten mukaan toimiminen.
Mitä odotamme sinulta?
Tehtävässä menestyy henkilö, jolla on jo kokemusta keittiötyöstä tai alan tutkinto. Toivomme vähintään 3 vuoden työkokemusta keittiötyöskentelystä. Odotamme hyvää ruoka- ja juomatietoutta sekä erinomaisia yhteistyötaitoja. Sujuva englannin tai suomen kielitaito on välttämättömyys. Odotamme myös valmiutta työskennellä aikaisissa aamuvuoroissa.

WE HAVE A POSITION FOR YOU AS A CHEF
We are looking for chefs for Scandic Rovaniemi City, Scandic Pohjanhovi, and Scandic Polar hotels for the winter season 2025-2026.
At our hotels in Rovaniemi, we offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, lunch, meetings, events, and à la carte experiences.
We are looking for chefs to join our team in various roles, from breakfast to evening restaurant operations. Previous experience in C&B operations is considered an advantage.
The contracts are primarily 90 hours/3 weeks and are valid for a fixed term from October/November 2025 until the end of March 2026.

Your responsibilities as a Chef:

As a Chef, your tasks include skilled kitchen work, adhering to Scandic’s food concepts, and operating in accordance with safety and health regulations.
What we expect from you:
The successful individual in this role has previous experience in kitchen work or a relevant degree in the field. We hope you have a minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in kitchen work. We expect a good knowledge of food and beverages and excellent teamwork skills. Fluent proficiency in English or Finnish is a necessity. We also expect you to be able to work in early morning shifts.
