As we strengthen our presence in Finland, we are looking for a new sales-oriented Key Account Manager. In this role, you are responsible for designated customers and growing and developing their solutions to the next level. You work closely with internal stakeholders, such as service and project managers, Frends delivery teams, sales, and management, to discover and deliver the best solutions for our customers.

Frends iPaaS is our own modern, low-code integration platform. Frends solves the digitalization challenges of both global and smaller customers and in both private and public sectors in various industries.

Key Responsibilities
-upselling and offering new services to customers
-responsible for customer revenue and profitability
-handling all customer and internal communication and cooperation
-leading the customer delivery together with the Frends Delivery organization
-participating in the projects and services steering meetings according to Frends account management model

We expect
-understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and curiosity toward technical solutions
-+5 years of relevant experience in an account management role in the B-t-B SaaS/PaaS field
-strong sales orientation and business-centric thinking
-ability and willingness to work in fast-paced situations in a growing company
-as a person: active, strong communication skills, sales and goal-oriented, committed and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly have an enthusiastic attitude which itself will raise our good team spirit

The role requires fluent/native Finnish and professional English (both verbally and in writing), as well as living in Finland with a work permit. We support hybrid work mode but also require visiting our Espoo office on a weekly basis and occasionally, traveling is required to meet customers and teams and attend events.

Additional Information
-The start is flexible according to your situation, and we offer a permanent, full-time position.
-The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
-You will be reporting to the Head of Accounts, Frends Finland.
-Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, supervisor, and Sales Director. Reference checks are also included in our process.
