Preparing monthly and yearly financial reports
Day-to-day accounting and fixed asset accounting
Assisting in the management, reporting and development of purchase and sales accounts
Taking care of the monthly and annual reporting to the authorities
Working as a part of the finance team, assisting other team members
Creating and developing internal reports together with the team
Assisting with internal accounting reporting, e.g. creating forecasts, budgets and cost calculations
Providing support on VAT issues to OSTP team
Internal billing
What we are looking for
Suitable polytechnic degree or university degree, e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration or Master of Business Administration
Work experience in financial management, financial statements and accounting
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks and responsibilities
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to withstand temporary pressure
Willingness to actively develop your own areas of responsibility
Good spoken and written language skills in Finnish, Swedish and English
Some experience with ERP systems
