IT Specialist – Electronics Contract Manufacturing
Tepcomp Group, a leading electronics contract manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled and
motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Specialist and as a part of the Operations team,
you will play a vital role in keeping the IT environment up-and-running and developing every day. This role
has an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success for the company and organization.
IT Specialist work is a full time job and person can be located to either of our sites; Turku/Finland or
Kuressaare/Estonia.

Responsibilities:
Solve daily IT problems
Source and maintain IT infrastructure (Servers, firewalls, cybersecurity, LAN, databases, backups, VPN etc)
Source and maintain IT Programs, licences, laptops and IT accessories.
Company key-user for ERP and other key programs.
MS Dynamics, MS Navision, Azure or other similar SQL database platforms
Maintain and upgrade tester computers in production.
Help people to create and use daily used programs (O365 programs like Power Bi, Excel etc).
Create simple scripts for production, planning and quality use, develop tools and programs for the needed
purposes.
Automation and control systems like IT/OT integrations, IoT, AI
M2M communication knowledge (IPC CFX, Hermes) and PLCs considered as advantage
Owner of company IT polices like; Information security, Data protection, GDPR, IT risk management.
Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, sourcing, engineering, quality and
manufacturing, to ensure seamless flow of daily activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant IT area, computer science or a related field.
Proven experience in IT within the manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of MS Office (O365) programs and ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV considered as an
advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-
functional teams.
Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Additional benefits if knowledge on;
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, such as ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 and
27001.
Familiarity with EMS industry used SW, codes and methods, like; Workflow scripting (Python), VBA
Scripts
knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
