As a sourcing manager, your responsibilities include
– Supporting stakeholder teams in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a variety of information technology agreements with legal counsel support when needed and to ensure compliance with the Keskos contracting policies and standards. – Working closely with cross-functional teams (Business team, IT, Legal, Risk, etc.) and other colleagues to solve problems, build partnerships, and close deals quickly. – Assist with contract administration activities, update, maintain and ensure the accuracy of contract management system. – Manage and monitor contract lifecycle from end to end (annual clock). – Manage your responsibility area and actively identify cost-saving opportunities, including eliminating overlappings. – Conduct meetings with internal partners to understand business priorities, provide updates on agreement status, and respond to complex questions on specific agreements and contractual terms. – Facilitate assigned RFx process including working with stakeholders to identify requirements, facilitate sourcing events and managing vendor selection process. – Co-operation with Kesko organisations in different industries and in all operating countries. – The primary responsibility area will be defined based on your expertise.

What We Are Looking For
As a person you have a service-oriented attitude, strong problem-solving skills and a determined persistence through challenges. A team-oriented and collaborative approach to work is a key to succeed in this role, along with a proven ability to start and drive results independently. We also expect you to have a Master or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
– Minimum of 3 years of experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts in the area of IT sourcing.
– Proven track record of delivering measurable value through successful contract negotiations.
– Experience in working collaboratively and supporting multiple sourcing initiatives.
– Experience in managing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
– Experience using procurement data to identify strategic opportunities to improve value.
– Experience in providing consultative sourcing support to internal stakeholders.
– Outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship skills with attention to detail.
– Full working proficiency with Finnish and English written and verbal communication skills.
