Clevry is currently seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to strengthen the team of one of our clients. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with a contract starting at the beginning of June 2025 and lasting at least until the end of 2025. The preferred location is Espoo, and you will be employed by Clevry. The role supports hybrid work. The client company will be disclosed to selected candidates at the interview phase.
As an IT Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that IT supplier data is accurate and up to date across sourcing tools. You will support sourcing professionals by producing supplier and spending analytics, participating in supplier meetings, and assisting with RFx processes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strategic sourcing team working at the global level in a data-driven role.
To succeed, you should be detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical, with a passion for data quality and effective communication. You are comfortable with routine tasks and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
You will be part of a strategic IT sourcing unit responsible for IT supplier relations, category management, and sourcing activities. This includes managing global IT suppliers together with IT stakeholders, leading RFx processes, and handling contract negotiations. You will become an integral part of a global team where a proactive and responsible working style is essential.
Main tasks
– Take ownership of IT supplier data cleaning activities
– Ensure high-quality data management in IT sourcing tools
– Act as a key user for the IT rented labor tool
– Create sourcing and supplier-related reports
– Produce data analysis in collaboration with IT stakeholders
– Support sourcing professionals in RFx processes, supplier meetings, and category planning
We expect

– Fluency in English
– Excellent MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
– Previous experience in data analyst roles is preferred
– Familiarity with Jira, Sievo, PowerBI, and Docusign is an advantage
– University of applied sciences or university degree
