IT Assistant

The International School of Helsinki (ISH) is a vibrant, inclusive, and non-profit learning
community offering education to students aged 4 to 18 through the International
Baccalaureate (IB) continuum. Located in Finland’s capital, ISH fosters a global mindset and
prepares students for the complexities of the modern world. Our community includes over
100 staff members and approximately 500 students representing diverse cultures and
nationalities.
The International School of Helsinki is seeking an IT Assistant with a customer service mindset and proactive working attitude. In this role, you will be assisting the School IT specialist in preparing devices, and other technology support needs. This is a full-time, temporary position to start as soon as possible, and work until June 19th.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Clean & re-install iPads and laptops
Prepare devices/upgrades for devices
Creating new accounts for google & student information platform
Update and maintain projectors/sound systems
Review apps on data security platform
Other tech support tasks depending on the level of knowledge of the person hired

Skills with IT
Fluent written and spoken English
