INVOICING AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES SPECIALIST
We are now seeking new finance professionals to join our Order to Cash team as Invoicing and Accounts Receivables Specialists for permanent positions. Your location will be at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki.
Your key contribution areas
As a Specialist in the Order to Cash team you will perform accounting and finance related tasks to ensure Lindströms financial resources and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Recording, monitoring, and reporting financial transactions within your own area of responsibility
– Reconciling accounts to ensure they are accurate and complete
– Preparing accounting and financial reports and statements
– Providing support and technical advice to internal stakeholders
– Setting up and performing internal controls
What helps you to shine in this role?
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have at least a few years of experience in financial administration. We hope you are proactive, ready to take initiative, and have a strong drive towards continuous learning. To thrive in this role, you expect you to have:
– Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
– Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection and accounts receivables
– Excellent Excel skills (especially with macros)
– Good analytical skills and preferably experience in project management
– Excellent written and spoken English skills
– Advanced written and spoken Russian skills
Your key people
You will be a part of our Order to Cash team, which focuses on invoicing and accounts receivables and has nearly 20 enthusiastic and dedicated professionals in it. You will also work closely with other finance teams, debt collection and invoicing partners, and local subsidiary teams. Whether we are meeting tight deadlines or handling complex tasks, we rely on trust and solid teamwork, and we always make sure to have fun together too.
