IMA Engineering, a company redefining the mining industry for a more sustainable direction, is looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to expand business!
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Engineer, you will take ownership of sales for IMAs mining technologies. You will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding IMA Engineerings market presence in the Nordics. In this role, you will have a versatile opportunity to build new customer relationships, expand key accounts, and turn inbound leads into sales opportunities.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. By providing technical expertise and conducting product demonstrations, you will showcase the value of IMAs solutions to customers. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, you will ensure that customer needs are met with tailored solutions. The role requires regular travel (approx. one week per month) to customers to support pilot projects and strengthen customer relationships.

We require you to have:
– Relevant educational background and experience in technical field.
– Minimum a few years of experience in technical sales
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Fluency in English, both written and spoken
– Ability to travel regularly
– Passion for sustainability and green products

– Educational background in mining technology
– International working experience
– Fluency in Finnish and/or Swedish

Practical Matters:
This is a full-time and permanent position and you will be employed directly to IMA Engineering. The role requires regular travel. IMA Engineering values free time and encourages employees to spend time with family. Therefore, they also have a flexible hybrid work model. The base salary in this position is 4000-5000 €/month (gross) depending on the level of your experience and the position will start as soon as possible. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a sales commission based on your performance.
