We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Leader with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping and team leadership, or relevant educational background.

Key Details:
-Location: Helsinki Metropolitan and nearby areas
-Working hours: Varying from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 am-17:00 pm
-Weekly hours: 30h/ week
-Hourly wage: 11.94 € /hour
-Requirement: Previous work experience as Housekeeping Team Leader and proficiency in English language is required
Key Responsibilities:
-Guide cleaning staff in their daily tasks and assigning duties.
-Ensure team members comply with working hours, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
-Train new employees on cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
-Monitor and support the professional development and well-being of team members.
-Ensure all spaces (rooms, corridors, common areas) meet cleanliness standards.
-Conduct audits and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve task quality.
-Monitor tasks and working hours, reporting any issues to the supervisor or management.
-Ensure the availability of necessary cleaning equipment and materials.
-Address customer feedback and take appropriate action when needed.
-Manage inventory and ensure that all required materials are stocked.
-Create and manage team shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
