We are now seeking proactive
HR Manager
to join our team at Kemptron in Lahti to contribute to our overall success from a human resources perspective. As an HR Manager you will play a crucial role in developing our HR functions and processes, ensuring the implementation of agreed ways of working and aligning HR activities with organizational goals. In close collaboration with Kemptron management, HR Manager oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities:
– Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires. Create, support and participate in employer branding activities and events.
– Managing and following up HR processes such as performance management, compensation processes, onboarding, work ability management and competence development
– Providing day to day support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
– Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and collective agreements. Stay up-to-date with HR best practices Finnish employment legislation and other legal requirements.
You should have a dynamic and versatile approach, enthusiastic about introducing innovative ideas to enhance HR services and align them with our future business objectives. You are a service-minded, work systematically and value quality work.
We expect you to have B.Sc. or M.Sc. in relevant field of study and few years of experience in HR, ideally in an industrial environment and factory setting. You have a proactive, can-do attitude with a flexible, well-organized and solution-oriented approach. You also have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English and ability to work at our Lahti factory.
