We are looking for people to join the dressing team for the winter season
2025-2026!
The oldest safari house in the Arctic Circle, Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park, founded in 1999, is part of Luxury Action Oy’s tourism business in Rovaniemi and Levi.
We are looking for a customer service-minded and meticulous person to join our team during the winter season!
In this position, you will take care of the customers’ dressing before the activities, putting the equipment back on after the activities, and you will be responsible for the condition and maintenance of the equipment.
Workplace:
You will guide customers in choosing the right kind of winter equipment (e.g. overalls, shoes, helmets, gloves)
You will help with dressing and make sure that the equipment fits safely and comfortably
You will maintain and clean the equipment after use (drying, checking, repairing if necessary)
You take care of the order and replenishment of the equipment storage
You will be part of a team that ensures smooth and secure experience for customers
We expect from you:
Good communication skills and customer service attitude
The ability to act systematically and efficiently in varying situations
A brisk approach to physical work and an active way of working
Previous experience in dressing services, equipment rental or customer service is a plus
Sufficient language skills (Finnish and English – other language skills are considered an advantage)
