3, Assist with station manager to implement the SMS management process of business department. Monitor the safety status and carry out risk management of the Finnish Branch according to the company’s ”Risk Management Methods”. Implement risk control measures, and cooperate with other departments to improve the management of dangerous goods in the business department. Conduct safety supervision of ground handling company agents.
4, According to the safety standard and service operation management requirements of the company and departments, timely update company documents and manuals to the agency units. Assist with station manager and relevant departments of company to complete the training of ground service agents on safety and service tasks.
5, According to the department’s complaint management process and requirements, answer and deal with passenger complaints promptly, effectively and properly. Effectively rectify valid complaints to improve service quality also maintain company’s reputation.
6, Implement the relevant logistical support of the flight crew at HEL hub.
7, Regularly review and summarize the operation tasks, also propose rectification and optimization measures to the next stage of work plan.
