Kuvaus
Responsibilities:
– Overseeing snowmobiles fleet operations
– Training and mentoring guides
– Ensuring regular quality control of guide services
– Monitoring customer satisfaction and service excellence
– Organizing work schedules for the guides
– Guiding private and special group clients
– Driving clients in company cars and minivans (Category B)
– Other responsibilities as may be required by the company
Main work place / area: Levi resort, Lapland. Scandinavian Travel Group office
Main working language in the office: English.
Working languages with clients: other commonly used languages: Spanish, French, German, Dutch
Work schedule: according to agreement.
If you are this kind of person, then this might be the right match for you:
– energetic and positive minded person
– have good experience as a snowmobile guide in Lapland or North Norway/Sweden (min. 1 season)
– have leadership skills
– have excellent command of written and spoken English (French, German, Spanish, Dutch are a big plus)
– good people communication skills
– driving license of category B minimum and driving experience in arctic snowy conditions
– high-level of self-discipline
– eager to learn something new
– keen on storytelling
– prepared to work outdoors in the cold arctic conditions
Required experience:
– min. 1 season work experience as a snowmobile safari guide in a travel company in Finland/Scandinavian countries
