We are looking for elves for the winter season 2025-2026!
The oldest safari house in the Arctic Circle, Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park, founded in 1999, is part of Luxury Action Oy’s tourism business in Rovaniemi and Levi.
For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for elves who get along well with children in Rovaniemi and Levi. The main task of an elf is to entertain children and families as well as the child-minded, and to act as Santa’s assistant whenever necessary. In addition to this, the elf’s tasks include being an elf at the Elf Hat Academy in the Arctic Circle area.
A good elf knows how to throw themselves into the Christmas spirit, play and bake gingerbread. Making a snowman and a snowball is also one of the elves’ most valuable skills.
We don’t require any previous experience from the elf. The elf is expected to have a throwing attitude and the courage to jump into the elf’s shoes. However, a happy and brisk mind can go a long way!
The most important skills of an elf:
Ability to cooperate with Santa Claus
Happy and brisk mind
Language proficiency requirement: fluent English language skills
At least a B driver’s license
Previous work experience in the tourism industry or childcare is considered an advantage

We are looking for both full-time and part-time energetic elves for the job.
Location: Rovaniemi
Employment: Fixed-term seasonal work from November till March 2026
Working hours: Shift work, including evenings and weekends
