Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager for our Client in Kilpilahti, Finland. In this role you will lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of transformer projects. We offer a permanent position with a flexible hybrid working model, including 1-2 days per week at the Client’s office.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Manage and execute electrical engineering transformer projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
* Develop and review electrical system designs, specifications, and drawings and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and civil engineering as well as contractors and clients
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions that align with project goals
* Ensure all designs and projects adhere to regulatory requirements and environmental standards
* Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, budgets and schedules
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management
* Strong knowledge of transformers, switchboards and electrical systems
* Solid knowhow on electrical solutions and requirements
* Relevant project experience and knowhow of the requirements in different project phases in an investment project
* Exceptional organizational skills good attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders
* Finnish and English language skills (written and spoken)
