Location: Solar power plant site, Lapua Heinineva
We are looking for several construction assistants for various tasks at a solar power plant construction site. Work is carried out in teams.
Job Description:
– Assembling solar panel racks
– Installing solar panels onto the mounting structures
– Other construction assistance tasks as needed on-site
– Working outdoors in variable weather conditions on a former peat bog
What We Expect from You:
– Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects
– Capability to work in situations requiring extended reach
– Skills in using hand tools (such as an impact wrench)
– Strong commitment to following safety instructions
– A valid occupational safety card
Considered an Advantage:
– Previous experience in construction assistant work or mechanical assembly in outdoor environments
– English language skills
