We are currently seeking an Commercial Systems Manager to join our Business Systems and Transformations unit at Optinova.
About the Business Systems and Transformations unit
The Business Systems and Transformations (BST) is Optinova group level unit focusing on business systems management and strategic transformation programs.
The role
The Commercial Systems Manager will be involved in the selection process for a CRM system and will own our CRM, E-Commerce, Customer Portal, EDI, and Quoting solutions. Additionally, this role will act as the Functional Owner for ERP sales, customer delivery, and customer master data management functions. This is a challenging and dynamic role offering exciting tasks and a key position within a global business context.
Key responsibilities
Define commercial systems landscape and interfaces to other systems
Participate in new systems selection process
Maintain Commercial systems development roadmap
Lead solution development and testing
Integration of Commercial Systems to ERP
Deployment to business functions
Release management
License management
External solution vendor management
Act as a ERP functional owner for sales, customer delivery and customer master data functions
To be successful in this role, we believe you have..
Previous experience with ERP/CRM systems configuration and testing
Good understanding on managing sales leads, digital marketing, e-commerce, quoting, order handling and delivery in industrial company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaboration
Excellent problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and a quick learner
Possibility to travel and work remotely with users across various time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics or Industrial Engineering
Fluency in English and Swedish
Details
Location: Mariehamn (Åland) or Uppsala (Sweden), hybrid possibilities: 3 days on-site, 2 remote.
