What will you be doing?
As the first dedicated Business Development Representative, youll be responsible for executing Collos outbound sales efforts in the Beverage sector across Europe. The focus markets are France, Germany, Benelux, and the UK, and your work will help lay the foundation for the European go-to-market success.
Youll research and identify high-potential beverage industry accounts, craft and run multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls, and qualify prospects using frameworks like MEDDICC. You’ll be booking discovery meetings for Account Executivesand often participating in themwhile ensuring consistent lead nurturing and follow-up.
You’ll also collaborate with marketing to plan and support customer events and trade shows, ensure all activity is tracked in HubSpot CRM, and continuously refine the outreach strategy. Youll report directly to the VP of Sales in the Netherlands, and your work will directly shape the foundation of the international commercial team.
This role is a great launchpad to becoming an Account Executive as Collos European team grows. Youll have the opportunity to close deals and eventually own accounts, advancing into full-cycle sales.

Youll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, curious about industrial innovation, and excited to grow a pipeline from scratch. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have full work proficiency in both French and English.
We require you to:
– Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles, particularly in the early stages of the sales funnel
– Have a proven ability in outbound prospecting, lead generation, early-stage qualification, and outreach campaign execution
– Have a full working proficiency in French and English
– Have a willingness and ability to travel (approximately 10% of your working time yearly)
– Have hands-on experience with outbound tools, CRM (HubSpot), and campaign execution
We consider as an asset:

Practicalities
This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly by Collo. The preferred location is in Europe, preferably in the Netherlands or nearby countries, but the location is negotiable. Collo is opening the office in the Netherlands in the near future, and entering an exciting new phase, while the HQ will be in Tampere, where the company is originated and was established. As a BDR you are able to work in hybrid or remote model and regular travel across Europe, also to Finlands HQ. The start date is as soon as possible and will be agreed with the selected candidate.
