In this role, you will be a member of the Global Technical Sales and New Products team and responsible for business development of the cryogenic wafer prober (CWP). You will collect market insights on the quantum computing industry, you understand market and customer requirements in the field and analyze the competitive landscape and forecast sales for CWP. In your work you have close collaboration with sales and marketing partners, and you will support the team in reaching the sales targets. You will also be responsible for new product introductions while providing related technical sales support to global Sales teams.
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have background in sales and/or product development, experience in business development (preferably in quantum computing) and a strong understanding of the market and customer requirements. You have excellent communication and partnership management skills, ability to plan and define go-to-market strategies and a positive, hands-on attitude. In addition to good organizing and problem-solving skills and great collaboration with your team and different stakeholders will take you a long way in your daily tasks. Hands-on experience in probe cards or probing and knowledge of cryogenic equipment are seen as good benefits.

Main responsibilities:
Drive Business Development
– Collect market insights on the quantum computing industry, focusing on cryogenic wafer probers
– Understand market and customer requirements
– Analyze the competitive landscape and forecast sales for CWP
– Drive partnerships with AEM/Afore and support team in reaching sales targets
– Provide market feedback and new ideas to the R&D team
– Manage collaboration with partners in Sales & Marketing and drive partnerships
Global Technical Sales and New Product Introduction
– Plan and monitor go-to-market activities for new product introductions to market
– Support sales engineers with product information and training
– Drive sales material development and information sharing with relevant stakeholders
What we expect from you
– Background in sales and/or product development
– Experience in business development, preferably in quantum computing
