SemiQon, a pioneer in silicon-based quantum processors, is looking for a driven and customer-oriented Business Development Manager to join its growing team in Espoo. This is a permanent position, and the starting date is negotiableideally, you could begin working as soon as possible.
What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Manager at SemiQon, your main responsibility will be to drive business growth by building new customer relationships and expanding the companys presence in the global market. You will engage with customers worldwide from Europe to North America and Asia focusing on developing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
In this role, you collaborate with the management team and technical experts to refine sales strategies and implement efficient processes. You’ll also take ownership of the CRM system and play a key role in shaping SemiQons business development strategy. Your key responsibilities include:
– Driving the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, by identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions with support from the technical team.
– Growing the customer base and nurturing long-term relationships with global clients in OEM and public sectors.
– Balancing financial considerations, including pricing, timelines, and project specifications, to meet customer and company objectives.
– Collaborating closely with the management team on strategic decision-making and solution development.
– Developing business development processes and implementing SemiQons CRM system.

Interest and ability to build strong client relationships in the field of quantum technology
Strong experience in sales and business development, preferably in new technology markets
Suitable educational background
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
A solution-oriented and collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Full working proficiency in English
