We are looking for a new BUSINESS CONTROLLER

to rock the world of manufacturing with us!

We are strengthening our team and looking for a financial professional with true business and growth mindset. We would like to meet a person who has earlier experience in partnering with business but has also capability to drive for change. We appreciate earlier experience from service and/or software business but more important is your drive and attitude you would bring to the team.

In this role, your main responsibilities would be following:

-Contribute, with high business acumen, to Service and Digital business and strategic initiatives

-Develop further financial steering model, reporting structure and KPIs for Service and Digital business

-Participate and develop further month-end closing, rolling business planning and other processes together with dynamic and ambitious finance community

-Prepare adhoc financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making

-Ensure best practices are delivered and shared together with Finance function

This is an important role where you can truly have an impact to business in the middle of changing and rapidly growing market. You will have international colleagues who share the same vision and who are striving for better each day. We have lots of interesting ongoing and upcoming projects where you can leverage your professional skills and enlarge your professional scope. This position is located either at our headquarters in Tampere or at our satellite office in Espoo, but regular working days at Tampere are expected.

The job requires:

-At least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of business controlling

-Strong business acumen, analytical mind-set and good communication skills

-Team player with solution-focused approach and hands-on attitude

-Academic degree within the area of Finance or equivalent

-As person you are curious and strive for continuous development

-We appreciate entrepreneurial and open-minded attitude

-Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish
