BUSINESS ANALYST, SERVICE CONCEPTS
We are now seeking a sales-oriented Business Analyst to join our global Service Concepts team in a permanent position at our head office in Helsinki. Join our team and help us make a difference!
Your key contribution areas
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of our cross-functional development team, contributing to the growth and success of our service lines. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the business and financial viability of Lindström’s service concepts. Your key responsibilities include:

Contributing to the development of existing service line concepts and building new business concepts by collecting and analysing market, customer, financial, and operational data
–
Analysing customer and user needs, and eliciting requirements for service development in collaboration with the development team
–
Collecting and validating data from multiple sources, providing actionable insights for service development
–
Analysing complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods, supporting problem-solving within the development team
–
Leading financial modelling, investment appraisal, and supporting the development of robust business cases aligned with our strategy, considering benefits and risks

To thrive in this role, you should have:

1-2 years of experience in creating and assessing financial appraisals related to business development

A relevant academic degree

An understanding of service and business design
–
Knowledge of data modeling and data science
–
Familiarity with agile working methods or a willingness to learn
–
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
–
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
